We get asked lots of questions. Maybe you've wondered about some of these things too. Feel free to e-mail us any other questions you have, and we will get back to you soon. Here are some of them:

"Who shares Circle Journey books?"
We are inspired by the huge reception to the Circle Journey idea of communicating. We hear from all kinds of people: from 3 to 92 years old, men and women, all races and backgrounds, and all types of relationships. The response is endless. We all have special relationships that we will cherish forever. Circle Journey allows us to enhance these special relationships. Pass this good will on and start a Circle Journey with anyone you want to feel close to:

"Doesn't everyone just e-mail now?"
Many of us use e-mail, and of course it is a quick way to send off information. But for some of our relationships, we realize that there are so many other ways to share in addition to typed words. With Circle Journey it's easy to add mementos, photos, perfume, drawings, or tickets from a concert, allowing you to enjoy the unique and amazing atmosphere created by writing your thoughts and ideas. Circle Journey is such a personal environment to share your feelings. And you don't need to sit at the computer! There's a big world out there to live and travel through. Take Circle Journey along and capture all the experience while creating a keepsake to re-live it all.

"What happens when our Circle Journey Book is full?"
When your book is full, it becomes an awesome keepsake; a chapter in your life that is captured for all time. We recommend putting the "date started and ended" sticker on the book as you finish it. As one chapter ends and your Circle Journey book gets filled, we suggest starting another one with a different theme. Make sure to keep the one that's finished in a dry, safe place. You will find that a completed Circle Journey Book is such a treasure that some even feel it's worth putting in a safe-deposit box.

"Who gets to keep the book when it's finished?"
Great question. In the spirit of Circle Journey, you can continue to share the book. Each of you can keep the book for a while and then pass it back again (the Circle Journey never has to end.) Rereading what you felt and said and did is half the fun of filling in a book. You may want to photocopy it, just so you can enjoy the contents when it's not with you. Finishing a Circle Journey book is exciting, but why not keep the conversation going? Start a new book with a different design to reflect the new season, or a new year in school. Use a different color to spark creative thoughts or crazy ideas, and begin a new chapter in your relationship.

"What happens if I lose my book?"
Your Circle Journey book will quickly become very special to you. Unfortunately, like everything that is special to us, there is always a risk of losing it, and it may seem vulnerable to you at times. If something happens to anything we treasure, there is a terrible sense of loss. But this is life. You may just end up misplacing your book.... or it may fall into the Pacific Ocean during a cruise to Alaska. Since we treasure our Circle Journey books so much, here are a few recommendations to help safeguard your book:
  • Once in a while, make a photocopy of what you've written.
  • Write the address and phone number of each person sharing the book on the last page of your book by the "back pocket." It may be found and returned.
  • Be sure you use the required amount of postage each time you mail your book. Be certain to include your return address also.

"Why are the pages folded over?"
This method is called "French-fold" pages. The pages are folded over for a number of reasons. Ink will not bleed through in almost all cases if you use permanent ink pens. French-folded pages also allow you to slip the line guide in between the pages if you need guidance to write straight.

"Do you make larger books?"
No we don't. We love the fact that we can easily put Circle Journey in a pocket, briefcase, or backpack. It's more personal this way. If you don't always write too much, you can easily finish a couple of complete pages in your book. A larger book would also be heavier to mail and require more postage.

"Where can I buy more Circle Journey Books?"
We are still a small company and we are trying to get to stores in your area. Please check the "store locator" on this website. E-mail us if you still can't find Circle Journey products. And of course, if you have a favorite store that you think should sell Circle Journey, e-mail us their name, phone number or address.
